By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing Proof Panther LLC dba The Legacy Shield Protocol the Command Center, the digital Vault, or any associated smart-form generators (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Informational Only - No Tax/Legal/Accounting Advice

The Services provide software tools, templates, and general information. We are not your tax, legal, or accounting advisor.

The Services do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or a formal tax opinion.

All results, document outputs, and strategies are for informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for how you utilize these tools.

No Professional Relationship

Your use of the Services does not create an accountant-client, tax preparer, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship between you and Proof Panther LLC, or any of its affiliates.

You must consult a qualified, independent tax professional regarding your specific financial situation before filing returns, making tax elections, or fully implementing these strategies.

No Guarantees

Potential savings, projections, or strategy outcomes discussed within the Vault are estimates only.

They depend entirely on the accuracy of your inputs, your specific entity structure, and current applicable laws.

We do not warrant or guarantee that any strategy is appropriate for your business, permitted by the IRS under your specific circumstances, or will produce a particular financial result.

Audit, Penalty, and Execution Liability

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit into our software generators, including Fair Market Rent values, meeting dates, and business purposes.

If you are audited by the IRS or state tax authorities, you are responsible for proving the legitimacy of your deductions.

Proof Panther LLC shall not be held liable for any disallowed deductions, back taxes, penalties, interest, or audit defense costs resulting from your use of these templates or your failure to properly execute the strategies.

Intellectual Property & Vault Security (Anti-Piracy)

The Proof Panther vault and The Legacy Shield Protocol are proprietary digital assets.

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable license to use the videos, PDFs, and smart-form generators for your own business.

  • You may not share your Vault login credentials.
  • You may not distribute, resell, or publicly post the blank templates, generated documents, or smart-form (Jotform) links.
  • You may not use these templates to provide paid services to your own clients unless separately licensed to do so.
  • Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of Vault access without refund and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Proof Panther LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to these Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for access to the product, for example $197.00.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, downloadable, and proprietary nature of the Vault's templates, software links, and intellectual property, all sales come with a 7-day refund policy.

You will be entitled to a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
